I can’t say enough good things about Sala Lanta Travel. I rented a motorbike from them and then arranged travel back to the Krabi airport. I’d rented several motorbikes in Thailand, many of which were clearly trying to extort you for “damages” to the bike. (One, for example, put a fresh coat of paint on between every rental and then charged $100 for any nick or scratch).Sala Lanta wasn’t that kind of place. The bike I got was great, and there were no gimmicks or tricks to make me pay more.I booked transportation back to the Krabi airport with them because it was cheaper than anywhere else. The ferry is normally 350 THB, as was the bus I was considering, but Sala Lanta arranged a minivan for 300 THB that took me directly to the airport (not just Ao Nang/Krabi Town generally)

Very nice staff, high level of English, they also rent motorbikes. They rent semi-automatic motorbikes for 2’500 Baht per month. I guess 3’000 Baht per month for an automatic scooter is reachable. Expect to have to negotiate a little bit if renting monthly.
